MarketComm Creates Employee Extranet for Alexander Youth Network

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- MarketComm has created an Employee Extranet for Alexander Youth Network, N.C.~s leading provider of children~s behavioral healthcare.

The web site serves as a portal for the increasing number of employees working remotely to serve mentally ill children throughout the state. Employees can access a wealth of information from the password-protected site, including company news, documents, employee benefit information, employee directories, etc.

As part of the project, MarketComm also developed a similar extranet site accessible only to members of organization~s board of directors. The site provides members of the board with access to information to help them be more effective advocates for the agency. The site features a bulk emailing function that allows staff to post information to the site and email board members to let them know a post has been made and what the subject of the documents are..
